Water（喝水啦 / DailySip）隐私政策
本隐私政策适用于 iOS 应用 喝水啦 DailySip 及其 Apple Watch、Widget 扩展。
1. 我们收集与处理的数据
1.1 你主动提供的数据
- 饮水记录（时间、容量、来源标识）。
- 应用设置（目标值、提醒时间、单位、语言等）。
- 会员状态缓存（用于判断功能是否已解锁）。
1.2 可选权限数据（需你授权）
- HealthKit：读取/写入饮水相关数据，用于跨设备与健康数据一致性。
- 定位与天气：仅在你授权后用于获取本地天气（如温度/湿度）并生成推荐饮水目标。
- 通知：用于按你的设置发送本地提醒。
2. 数据使用目的
- 提供饮水记录、统计分析、目标推荐、提醒与多端同步功能。
- 在你授权时，与 Apple Health 同步数据以提升记录完整性。
- 改进应用稳定性与用户体验。
3. 数据存储与共享
- 应用以本地存储为主（设备内/Application Support 与 App Group 共享容器）。
- 我们不会将你的个人饮水记录上传到开发者自建服务器进行出售或广告投放。
- 订阅与支付由 Apple 的 App Store/StoreKit 处理，我们无法获取你的完整支付信息。
4. 第三方服务与系统框架
应用可能使用以下 Apple 官方框架：HealthKit、WeatherKit、CoreLocation、StoreKit、UserNotifications、WidgetKit、WatchConnectivity。相关数据处理受 Apple 隐私条款约束。
5. 你的权利与控制方式
- 你可在 iOS“设置”中随时撤回健康、定位、通知权限。
- 你可在应用内删除记录，或卸载应用删除本地数据。
- 你可在 App Store 账户中管理或取消自动续订订阅。
6. 儿童隐私
本应用不面向 13 岁以下儿童主动收集个人信息。如监护人发现儿童在未经同意情况下提供了信息，请联系我们处理。

若本政策有实质更新，我们将通过应用更新版本或本页面更新时间进行提示。

Privacy Policy (English)
This Privacy Policy applies to the iOS app DailySip, including its Apple Watch and Widget extensions.
1. Data We Collect and Process
1.1 Data you provide
- Water intake logs (time, volume, source tag).
- App preferences (daily goal, reminder schedule, unit, language, etc.).
- Purchase status cache (for unlocked feature checks).
1.2 Optional permission-based data
- HealthKit: read/write hydration data for consistency across devices and Apple Health.
- Location & Weather: used only with your permission to fetch local weather and recommend hydration goals.
- Notifications: used to deliver local reminders based on your settings.
2. Why We Use Data
- To provide logging, insights, goal recommendation, reminders, and cross-device sync.
- To sync with Apple Health when authorized by you.
- To improve app reliability and user experience.
3. Storage and Sharing
- Your data is primarily stored locally on your device (Application Support/App Group container).
- We do not sell your personal hydration data or use it for advertising profiling.
- Payments and subscriptions are processed by Apple (App Store / StoreKit). We do not receive full payment credentials.
4. Third-Party Services / Frameworks
The app may use Apple frameworks such as HealthKit, WeatherKit, CoreLocation, StoreKit, UserNotifications, WidgetKit, and WatchConnectivity. Their processing is subject to Apple's terms.
5. Your Choices and Rights
- You can revoke Health, Location, and Notification permissions in iOS Settings at any time.
- You can delete records in-app or uninstall the app to remove local data.
- You can manage/cancel auto-renewable subscriptions in your App Store account settings.
6. Children's Privacy
This app is not directed to children under 13. If a guardian believes a child has provided data without consent, please contact us.
7. Policy Updates
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected via app updates or the “Last Updated” date on this page.
